Meet the Expert Team

Frank L’e Sanford, Co-Founder

Frank L’e Sanford is a British native with over 3 decades of hands-on experience of Southern Californian real estate, and a couple of years in the Tiny Home industry. He’s also a Real Estate Advisor, Investor, Realtor, Landlord, Rehabber, Property Manager and Mentor.

Frank is well known for being straight-forward & devoted to his clients. He’s helped many locals and foreigners, especially his fellow Brits, buy, sell, rehab and rent real estate in California. He enjoys giving white-glove service, goes the extra mile, coaches you like a family member, works hard for you, is upfront with you, makes it fun and nearly always answers his phone!

Educated at Downside in UK.

Elected to serve 2 terms as a City of Los Angeles Neighbourhood Councilman, and made L.A. a slightly better place.

Member of the British American Business Council, Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles, California Rental Housing Association and California Association of Realtors.

Fluent in The King’s English & American English. Gets by in Spanish & French.

Tim King, Co-Founder

President & Founder from 2002 to present of Blue Pacific Property & Investments Inc and Blue Pacific Mobile Homes. Tim has been in the Tiny Home industry for 5 years.

For 20 years Tim has managed and runs a development and in-fill mobile / manufactured home company, that’s thriving in today's market, by in-filling Mobile Home Parks that he has ownership in, and joint venturing with other mobile home communities, to bring in new homes to solve their vacancy problems, and increase space rent collections.

Tim consults with Mobile Home Park managements, to help turn around distressed parks, and to help bring in new mobile homes to increase rents collected, and works with private money investors, to bring in and or rehab mobile homes in Parks, to get them sold whilst carrying the financing.

Tim’s company specializes in filling up vacant mobile home spaces with seller financed mobile homes, in an environment where most traditional Mobile home Dealers are going out of business!

His company internally manages and services all of the seller carry back financing, on all of the mobile homes it sells on terms, and works with Mobile Home Park owners to update and modernize their Mobile Home Parks, to accommodate the newer and larger manufactured homes that are going into Parks these days. His company is a licensed California Real Estate Brokerage Firm, that runs a Property Management and Investment Company.

Tim graduated from USC in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Double Major in Entrepreneur Program & International Finance. Dean’s List, School of Business.

Dave Bordwine, Project Manager

Dave has been a licensed active General Contractor since 1995, so has a superior knowledge of construction and business management.

In 2012 Dave dived into the Manufactured Home Construction Industry, and became deeply involved with foundation engineering and the Californian requirements for testing and approval of the systems, along with their proper use. He’s trained many contractors and workers on the installation process of these systems, and has consulted local government officials and inspectors state-wide, on the interpretation of the engineering and installation of these systems. This helped him become a leader in the Manufactured Home Industry in California.

5 years ago Dave brought his deep expertise to the Tiny Home Industry, which is perfectly suited to his experience, especially in underground utility repair and replacement, Manufactured Homes, and all other trades of construction and government relations. So he’s able to help folks install the homes they want, without the frustrations of going through the whole government, engineering, permitting and contracting processes.

Some of Dave’s strongest assets are being able to schedule and coordinate jobs, manage people and get through government Red-Tape, to get the job done legally and successfully. He’s served almost 1,000 property owners and Home Builders in the Western United States and prides himself on figuring out the best solution for each customer that we serve.

Dave surrounds himself with top industry professionals, to ensure the best service and success for our customers. He’s truly committed to satisfying each and every customer on an individual basis. He doesn't overbook our jobs, so we can focus on each customer’s needs and stay focused on the customer, until the job is complete. He continually improves his skills and customer service, to better himself and California Backyard Homes.
