Modular micro houses are residences built in a controlled factory environment in sections, or ‘modules’, usually rooms, and then transported to your construction site. Then they’re installed on permanent foundations and completed by professional installers. So they become real estate.

Modular micro houses offer price savings other approaches cannot. They offer remarkable value, so you have a lighter debt load, and greater financial freedom

Modular Micro Houses are manufactured stand-alone dwellings, that can be used as an all-in-one Houses, or combined with other Modules to make a larger House. You can expand module by module to over 1,200 square feet.

All completed and installed units are warrantied for 10 years (Structure), and 1 year for parts and labour, from the date of Certificate of Occupancy.

Old fashioned site-built houses can take months or years to complete, whilst modular houses are assembled on site, and usually finished within a week to 10 days.

Modular Micro Houses fall under state modular home building codes, and certified by ICC-THA, a third-party testing and inspection company, which conduct regular build inspections, product testing and factory inspections. Building permits from the local building authority, will still need to be obtained, and we'll help you with all that.

Off-Grid Capable. Our modular micro houses can be configured for complete off-grid functionality. Optional roof-mounted high-efficiency solar panels and 5.4 KW hybrid inverters, packaged with scalable lithium iron back batteries, provide over 10 KW to handle day-to-day electrical demand. Fresh water may be provided by well or cistern. Optional integrated fresh water, gray water, & black water tanks of up to 100 gallons each, for emergency use.
