A 12 feet long countertop Kitchen, a full size Bath and Shower, and a Built-in Queen size Murphy bed. High ceilings, massive windows and tons of modern amenities, all in 220 square feet.

We can install it on your burnt-out Los Angeles lot, when the fire debris is gone. So you can live on your own land, whilst your main house is rebuilt! Then keep the Clever S 220, as an ADU for more family space, or as a Rental for extra income.

Right now it’s a turnkey solution for your temporary housing needs. Tiny Houses can be used almost anywhere in Los Angeles, during our long Recovery and Reconstruction.
