A 12 feet long Quartz Countertop Kitchen, with built-in Table / Desk, a full size Bath and Shower, and a built-in Queen size Murphy Bed. Right now it’s a turnkey solution for your temporary housing needs. Tiny Houses can be used almost anywhere in Los Angeles, during our Recovery and Reconstruction. Then keep the Clever 1 385, as an ADU for more family space, or as a Rental for extra income.

Floors, Walls and Roof are constructed out of 2×8, 2×4 and 2×6 dimensional lumber, respectively.

Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV), boosts air quality, temperature stability, and energy efficiency. Your ERV swaps stale indoor air, for fresh HEPA filtered outdoor air, whilst efficiently transferring warmth, if your heater is on, or coolness, if your AC is on, from the outgoing air to the incoming air.
