Clever S Stay 240 is a spacious, beautifully designed Cabin with everything you need and nothing you don’t. Enjoy a walk-around built-in Queen bed, full-size Bathroom with Shower and/or Tub, built-in Desk, Closet, 2 Bedside Tables and a Mini-Fridge. All seamlessly integrated into a bright, open space.

STEEL TRAILER
  • Custom Industrial Trailer, made by McArron Manufacturing, from thick Structural Steel Channels, not tubing like most Tiny House Trailers and all Mobile Homes. Durable and rigid heavy metal, made to last decades, with 2 coats of paint. It’s the Foundation of the House.
