TIMBERWOLF 360

The ‘Timberwolf 360’ is our 360 square foot Modular Micro House. A solo Studio unit, that can be combined with 320 square foot ‘Solis 320’ modules to create a 1,200 square foot, 3 or 4 bedroom ADU. You can start with the Timberwolf 360 and attach other units to it as you wish.

FLEXIBILITY
The ‘Timberwolf 360’ module is 40’x10’. Combining multiple ‘Timberwolf 360’ or ‘Solis 320’ homes in various configurations, opens up infinite possibilities for expansion when one size doesn’t fit all. 

All PHOTOS and floorplan are of the ‘Solis 320’, which is 4 foot shorter, so 40 square feet smaller, than the ‘Timberwolf 360’. ‘Timberwolf 360’ photos and floorplan coming soon.

Our Modular Micro Houses Are:

Modular micro houses are residences built in a controlled factory environment in sections, or ‘modules’, usually rooms, and then transported to your construction site. Then they’re installed on permanent foundations and completed by professional installers. So they become real estate.
Modular micro houses offer price savings other approaches cannot. They offer remarkable value, so you have a lighter debt load, and greater financial freedom
Modular Micro Houses are manufactured stand-alone dwellings, that can be used as an all-in-one Houses, or combined with other Modules to make a larger House. You can expand module by module to over 1,200 square feet.
All completed and installed units are warrantied for 10 years (Structure), and 1 year for parts and labour, from the date of Certificate of Occupancy.
Modular micro houses can reduce construction time by 35%, getting you into your new house faster, so you can enjoy it longer, or start collecting rent sooner. Old fashioned site-built houses can take months or years to complete, whilst modular houses are assembled on site, and usually finished within a week to 10 days.
We factory-build an exceptionally well designed architectural houses, with a high level of precision & extraordinary attention to detail. Our houses are professionally engineered & built by skilled craftsmen. They’re continually inspected to make sure they meet precise state and/or local building codes.
Take advantage of the modern process of micro modular construction for your new house. We offer a variety of floor plans, even 2-story houses. Many of our houses offer exceptionally cool architectural options, exterior elevations & interior designs.
Modular Micro Houses fall under state modular home building codes, and certified by ICC-THA, a third-party testing and inspection company, which conduct regular build inspections, product testing and factory inspections. Building permits from the local building authority, will still need to be obtained, and we'll help you with all that.
Off-Grid Capable. Our modular micro houses can be configured for complete off-grid functionality. Optional roof-mounted high-efficiency solar panels and 5.4 KW hybrid inverters, packaged with scalable lithium iron back batteries, provide over 10 KW to handle day-to-day electrical demand. Fresh water may be provided by well or cistern. Optional integrated fresh water, gray water, & black water tanks of up to 100 gallons each, for emergency use.

We don’t offer in-house financing for Modular Micro Houses, but we have partnered with different lenders, to help you find the best lending options for your Modular Micro House.
