Once any toxic debris has been removed from a burnt out lot, we can wheel in a Tiny House, and connect it to the existing utilities, for people to live in, whilst their main house is being rebuilt. When people move into their newly built house, the Tiny House can become their legal Backyard House / ADU / Granny Flat.
